Nissan's North America headquarters is located in Franklin, Tennessee. The company moved to the Nashville suburb in 2006, after previously being based in Gardena, California. Nissan's decision to relocate its North American headquarters was motivated in part by the state's incentive package, which included a $1.5 billion incentive package and the promise of $230 million in infrastructure improvements.
